Creole,LA

We delivered water to Creole, LA on Friday to the distribution center. Another driver delivered MRE's. We had to re-organized the lot for distribution. There were 15 Trailers that all had to be backed off the lot into the street. The Police and Fire Dept. had to direct traffic around a mile and a half of trailers on the side of the road while the two trucks re-organized the lot for better distribution.

We spoke with one of the volunteers that worked with the Red Cross. She lives in the area. She told us that the whole area was under five foot of water for two weeks after Rita hit, and covered a 10 mile radius. They are still digging out of the mud today.
